The customer comes first:

· Go above and beyond customer expectations at all opportunities

· Foster customer trust: Refer customers to competitors or off the shelf solutions if it is better for the customer

· Visit customers, be cordial, and make yourself available to them via phone, email, etc

· Create win/win scenarios with customers even if the situation is uncomfortable

 

Employees come second:

· Employees must be empowered to develop their skills and interests

· Employees must have the freedom to make mistakes when they try new things

· Employees must have time to care for themselves and their families

· Employees will share in the rewards of the company’s success

 

The community comes third:

· It’s important to be a good member of the community

· Donate your time, money, or energy to making the world a better place

· The company will donate a portion of profits to charity each year

 

A fair profit comes fourth:

· It’s important to make a fair profit but we cannot sacrifice any of the previous three values

· A fair profit is not necessarily the maximum profit

· Profits enable us to improve our company’s service to customers, employees, and the community
