Jonathan Halderman, President

Jonathan has over 10 years of experience in the design and integration of automated equipment.  His experience includes mechanical design of semiconductor inspection tools for KLA-Tencor, manufacturing process development for AMD, engineering of automated test equipment for MicroModule Systems, and 10 years as a consultant in the fields of biotechnology, alternative energy, and semiconductor equipment.  Jonathan holds an MSME from Stanford University and an honors BS in Engineering Science from Penn State University.

Stacey Halderman-Harbst, CFO

Stacey Halderman Harbst is the Chief Financial Officer of PID, Inc.  Stacey has worked with PID since 2005 and oversees all accounting and financial reporting activities of the Company.  Prior to that time, she was employed by KPMG LLP as a Senior Manager in the firm's Audit Practice.  In her nine years as an auditor, Stacey served a variety of clients, primarily in healthcare and public service industries.  Stacey is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
